I am someone whom if you heard my whole life story thus far, it would break your fucking heart. To know the extent and degree of “trauma” I have endured and overcome is ridiculous. This is not a game of comparison, this is my honest raw truth. I am immensely resilient and have died a million times already in this lifetime alone. I use to be a victim to all of my life circumstances. Until I realized I was the only one keeping myself replaying the same old loop. I’ve had to look at myself over and over and over again and again - every part, the me I love to see and the parts of myself that are most uncomfortable to be with.
Observing one self never ends, it’s only the beginning of setting ourselves free.

Hello beautiful, my name is Amaya.
I have a strong relationship with something greater, more vast and beyond my comprehension. I commune with this force in reverence and with gratitude. I offer myself as an empty vessel so I may get out of my own way and be a channel for divine light.
This requires me to slow down and deeply listen.
All that said, I am human. I feel deeply and am imperfect. I honor my humanity and imperfections, learning how to offer up even more grace and compassion for what can often be a messy, chaotic experience of life.
